Steakhouse
The Primm Restaurant
This is hands-down the most upscale dining experience on property, and the prime rib and filet mignon are cooked to perfection—locals will actually skip the buffet and splurge here because the quality justifies it. The atmosphere is sophisticated with dim lighting, white tablecloth service, and you'll see a mix of high-rollers celebrating wins and couples on date night enjoying a nice meal away from the noise of the casino floor. Their signature dishes include a bone-in ribeye thats literally massive and a lobster tail special that rotates seasonally; the sides like truffle mashed potatos and seasonal vegetables are equally impressive. The wine selection is solid for a casino restaurant, and their sommelier actually knows their stuff rather than just making upsells. I'd recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, and arriving around 6:30pm when youve got a quieter window before the post-dinner rush hits.
